World Watercolor Month - Day 11 - Timed Challenge

Happy Day 11 of World Watercolor Month, artists! I hope yesterday's lil' blob characters brought out your inner child and opened your heart to some silliness. Today, we are gonna play a little game, if you are up for it! Pick a simple subject, like an apple, your coffee cup, a candle, etc. We are going to paint this subject three times with three different time limits. If you are using a watercolor journal page, split it into three sections.

In each section, challenge yourself to paint your chosen subject in three timed segments. Try 60 seconds, 10 minutes, and 30 minutes (or whatever segments of time you want!). Check out examples & video references below, as well as today's journal questions and mantras!

There is no pinterest board for inspiration today. Simply pick a three dimensional object near you and challenge yourself to paint it within three different time limits.
