Welcome to Day 27 of World Watercolor Month, artists! Today, we are letting go of patterns and getting a little wild with a free for all wildflower field. This piece can be as simple or as detailed as you wish. Let yourself be loose and expressive with this one.

Start by painting in the background with pale layers, allow to dry, then work on the next layer moving into the foreground, and so on. By painting in the furtherest layers first, we are able to create the illusion of depth. If you don't feel ready to a complete field, just try filling a page practicing a variety of wildflower shapes.
